Our Process

At Investlab Business Solutions, we know that every collaboration begins with understanding. Our process is designed to make outsourcing smooth, structured, and stress-free – from the very first conversation to ongoing management.

  • Step 1 - Initial Consultation
    We begin by learning about your business, goals, and specific requirements. Through a detailed discovery form and one or two online consultations, we build a clear picture of your ideal candidate or operational outcome. This stage usually takes about two weeks and ensures we get the foundation right.
  • Step 2 - Proposal
    Once we understand your needs, we prepare a transparent proposal outlining the scope, timeliness, and pricing. This agreement sets clear expectations before recruitment or project work begins, ensuring alignment every step of the way.
  • Step 3 - Interviews
    Our recruitment experts handle advertising, screening, and shortlisting, presenting the top three candidates within the agreed timeframe. You will have the opportunity to interview the final selections, with ILBS present to facilitate if needed.
  • Step 4 - Management & Quality Control
    After onboarding, a dedicated management team will work closely with you to ensure consistent communication, performance tracking, and quality assurance. We stay actively involved, ensuring your remote team integrates seamlessly with your operations and continues to meet your expectations.
